002R Light Blinking

I recently updated to 8.05 from 8.03. For the first time in about 8 years when I boot up my computer the 1394 light on the front of the 002r starts blinking. When I load PT it lights up as normal....

All of a sudden now when I choose playlists in the track view selector I only get the one I choose. I used to be able to stack all the tracks in playlist when comping or tracking.

I use RealStrat, Real Gtr 2 and LPC all from MusicLab. All great with no problems in PT but like most VIs, you have to learn how it works.
