Geez, I'm the one who's laaaaaaaame. I found out that I needed 7.1.1 in June 23 '05 release notes, and then noticed that the same thing is plastered all over pages 4 and 5 of this very thread. ...

Ya- same thing for me as hywelpayne. I got a brand spanking new Mac Book Pro, and even upgraded to a 7200 rpm internal hd, only to find I can't even open a new session just to edit some dialog. ...
