That's where you are better off with a tablet PC, as you can mix with the pen, great for Eqs too.:-)

I have controled my system with my iPhone via my mac, the only thing is you can't do fader changes as sliding you finger around the screen, moves where you are looking on the screen. Not sure how...

Pink noise on power up

Just got our Profile system back from an event, the operator said he power cycled the console after a rehearsal and got pink noise out every output, any ideas?
Has anyone had this happen...

Thats is correct you may be using 4 mono Focusrite compressors and it may only take up one slot, Give me a call at work tomorrow if you like.

But if you want stereo Matrix's you would just use PQ's yeah?

Stereo / Mono Groups, Am I missing something?

Is it possible to have 8 groups, 4 mono and 2 stereo, like analogue consoles?
Or use 2 mono plugins and link them together? for like a Keys group?

Thought I'd let you guys know, Digi have contacted me off line, and are saying the software update will more than likely fix the problem as "There are some improvements to the Snapshot parameter...

Hi Sheldon,

I have a 0.5 sec X-fade on all snapshots. This was a problem I had on the Vi6 also.

Basically I have all the chorus muted and not always assigned to a VCA, so some snapshots assign...

I'm doing a theatre show at the moment (Miss Saigon) running 31 radios and orchestra of 32 channels.
When I recall some snapshots I hear a blip.

Hi, We've just purchased the first Venue system in New Zealand and are making up a couple of "snakes" what connectors are people using at the moment, The Neutrik Push-Pull looks good?
