I don't know specifics but I believe this is a known issue (using the 800 port for your drive and the 400 port for the 002 as you are). I would search the forum for more info on this. One workaround...

Yes, try what DigiTechSupt said - just delete the stuff unrelated to what your old setup was. I think I had to do that to export an exact, "clean" I/O export with my old settings only.
