No problems.

I was under the impression that BNC i/o connectors were better in some way than a S/PDIF.

Is there any validation for such an impression (however wrong it may be)...

Regarding your post, what does one loose if using a Timesync II and a 001 system in comparison to using say, a MOTU 1224 with the BNC word clock and a timesync II?

I don't remember what extensions exactly, but you obviously need DAE version whatever.

Make sure that virtual memory is turned off. At least 16 MB of RAM is needed in my experience.

here's what I am doing:

I just bought myself a MOTU 1224 because I need timecode.

I have another PCI slot for an audiomedia III card for pro tools 5.0LE.

Best of both worlds. I'll use this...

Your idea of incorporating MLCD with SDII is a great one.

You should definitely suggest your other ideas for new features which could be readily incorporated into SDII.
