spkguitar thanks for your constuctive coments, i actually figured it out,& i do feel like an idiot.The mix dial works real well to hear playback.lol. Stay tuned for my next idiodic post.

i finally managed to get my recording working but for some reason i have no sound on playback. Any suggestions?

thanks seedguy i just tried that before i checked my post & now it is recording for me. However when I want to playback I can't here anything.any thought's.I could always solve audio issues with...

ok i have my guitar plugged into the mbox2,to the di plug on input 1.I have one instrument track open.the interface is set to input mono 1.My meters work while the track is record enabled yet it will...

I have an intel core2 quad with 4 gigs of ram & a 500 gig hard drive with 7.1 surround sound. i have installed pro tools le 7.4.The mbox2 is working & the meters are working in the pro tools program....
