I checked the account using your DUC email and I see Melodyne listed (third from the bottom) in your my.avid.com/products (https://my.avid.com/products). Perhaps you found the "Claim..." link after...

Can you both click the Redeem your rewards now link on my.avid.com/products (https://my.avid.com/products) and let us know if you still don't see Melodyne listed on your Products page?
