Now if I use Elastic Audio there are no errors. But I can tell the quality is not as good as X-Form.

Why then is DigiDesign charging $500 for this plug-in which gives errors more than 80% of the...

Digidesign hails the X-Form as the best time stretching module on the planet. I paid $500. I need the best there is.

First off, I am using PT 7.4 for one purpose only, and that is to time-stretch audio using the X-Form plug-in. My recent project involves stretching a 45 min piece of audio to 35 minutes.

How do you split one track into multiple tracks and burn ?

I need to split a 60 minute audio track into 5 minute increments so that it burns as 12 songs onto a CD.

Ok,
thanks, I upgraded the Plug-In and so far it seems to be working but...

I'm trying to stretch a 60 minute piece of audio and it's about 20% done after 30 minutes... still going... ugh!

All other methods of time-stretching seem to work fine except X-Form. It seems to hang up right at the end, and Pro-Tools locks up.

Can anyone else confirm this?
