I think I should have stated that mine isn't muting when I turn it on and for some reason I feel like it should. Any Control 24 owners that can confirm or deny this?

I did put in the new power supply and I also changed out the fader motor control board on 1-8 as that was initially the probelem one, but like i said, there is really no consistency with mine,...

Mine does the same, had it sent to a Digi repair center here in Canada and they couldn't replicate the problem...so it wasn't fixed. For me it's random in terms of frequency and which group of 8...
