Sorry, predominately rock music… I have a slate Fox that I use for vocals and some DI, also like it on kick and snare. It does the 1073 well and can also be switched to an ultra clean option as well…...

Considering the Lacie thunderbolt drives. They have a 500GB SSD thunderbolt drive for $150.

What is the highest stable OS for running PT Ultimate?

I have PTHD 11 Native running on a 2013 MacBook Pro on Yosemite.
