If im not mistaken Autotune EVO uses about 1000 sample latency. I would say just use the older autotune to record in and pull out the evo to mix in.

spkguitar is it possible for you to email my your vocalign project le.dpm and dpm.rsr files some how because the latest one iahve is 2.9.4 (debug) and you have 2.4.9.1 so that may be a issue...
