Generating TC on Sync I/O

Is it possible to have PT "broadcast" or run time code in real time on the front display of the Sync I/O? and of course, if yes, how do you set it up.

Fader lube?

When I test my faders in cycle mode at a slower speed they get really "jumpy" and "shaky". I have recalled them several times but this still happens. Would some fader lube help and if so which kind?

It's the track heigth. One track is probably at Extreme and another at Tiny.
