1-Unless the iLok includes the account info(login and password), then the iLok will never be of any value OTHER than to use...

Aha. More incentive to buy the upgrade, I suppose. For me and the music production I do, I would be lost without Melodyne Editor(which has the DNA feature).

No. Whatever license you have for Melodyne is a permanent license:D My advice is to go to Celemony.com and look at the different features to decide if the $99 is worth it to you:o

Simple, iLok cloud needs a 100% perfect internet connection 100% of the time. This is not overly realistic. The slightest glitch from the ISP or the power line can cause the connection to go down,...

Try Cowbell 1 Acc for click #1 as its much louder, and try pushing the volume sliders for either/both. Its working fine here and I am on the very latest version.

Good info above. As for me, in 20 years and dozens of uninstall and re-installing Pro Tools, no plugins have ever had an issue, other than sometimes updating PT calls for updating a plugin or two....
