Tab To Transient Broken in 2021.3.1 [PT-271892 FIXED]

Been using this version for about two days and noticed tab to transient doesn't catch the 1st mod like it used to. You have to drop the curser much further back on the clip then tab for it to see it....

I ended up going old school and running a program by Pete Gates called "PT Prefs" and it nipped it in the bud.
