XHD To HDX cable converter

Hi,
i have a Hd192 io connected to digidesigne protools accel core and want to change it with Antelope(XHD port).
is there any cable converter to connect the HDX to XHD?

protools could not initialize the current playback device.

Good news,HD3 pcie in win7

i install pt hd3 in gigabyte ud9 mobo with win 7,everything seems to be OK.
i try it before in many mobo like intel,and asus..the win 7 freez when install the pcie card.
but in ud9 everything...
