Is there a way to use the 002 not only as a I/O but also as a controller (faders-pan-transport etc) for Digital Performer???

Hi everybody, thanks for the kind reply´s...

Anyway, i wan´t to tell you that my 002 had the power harness replaced and it is working very nice now... Thanks a lot. BTW, good support from Audio...

Naaahhhh, the thing is that to a 32 bit OS and applications, a G5 behaves almost like a G4, except for the higher clock speed of the cpu and front-side bus. We will have to wait for a 64 bit OS and...

Yeah, but your upgrade includes a HARDWARE update... Try to run the SAME hardware both with 0S 9.2.2 and OS 10.2.6 and then you will see what we are talking about. And also the thing that new g 4...

Is no secret that OS X uses much more resources than OS 9. OS X is based on a Unix BSD SUBsystem wich means that for many tasks it has to call subprograms (or whatever they are called) to handle...
