Okay, resolved if anyone else has this issue.

- Uninstalled UAD 9.3.0 completely.
- Restarted Computer.
- Went to install UAD 9.2.0 apparently it thought it was still installed, so uninstalled...

Second monitor has nothing to do with it. If it's display based it would be that the EuCon software version 3.6.1 is not handling DPI properly. 3.6 does however.

Okay Uninstalled 3.6.1, restarted, Installed 3.6, restarted.

S3 fonts are right size and S3 appears to be working as expected.

Pro Tools | Dock, appears to be working.

FWIW, I have been running on 10.12.3 since it's release and have had zero issues. I also use an S3 and a touch screen, have not noticed any problems.

Judging from that screenshot, I would say this problem is either the Video Driver (bad or not supported), or your actual GPU is faulty. Green anomalies are common with faulty...

The third image looks like it could be either a bad driver, bad graphics card connection, or damaged GPU. The other two just look like it may be settings.

I had this problem for years, first with my MBP non-retina, then with my MBPr. It would cause so many issues, dropping out during tracking, especially with larger sessions....
