The ILok license manager won't allow moving a HEAT license to an iLok1. Only newer ILoks are supported. I put it on a newer iLok with the PT 8 HD license and PT authorized from the iLok but Heat...

And the Heat license could not be moved to the ILok1 with the Pro Tools license, so it was put on a separate ILok2. Pro Tools authorizes using the license on this ILok2, but not Heat.

I have the exact same problem with a new Avid Heat license on ILok 2 on Pro Tools HD 8.1.1. Pro Tools does not see the license.

There are comments saying the issue was resolved. What steps were...
