ProTools only sees one processor

I still can't get Protools to see more than one processor. It won't record or playback for more an about 3-5 secs.
I rec'd and installed the new stk of RAM with the existing 3 G in slots A1 A3 B1...

Dead in the water

Thanks for the input. I'm running PT 7.3.1. I've ordered a 4th stick of RAM to replace the bad one. Should be here by Friday. Hope that gets my Quad running again. I'll let you know.

I do have the correct RAM...Just as spec'd. I will be trying to narrow down the problem this evening. The IT guy that keeps our AutoCAD running at work also suggested to download the current drivers...
