just wondering if its possible to view multiple plugin windows within the mix window. At the moment each time i look at a plugin at work it will close the prev. plugin window that i had open.

ive been approached to compose music for some computer games. However, they have asked me to provide the tracks in .MOD or .XM formats.

i would definitely recommend the 002. check out www.awave.com.au (http://www.awave.com.au)
They've got the list price for the 002 rack as $2280 but they'll be able to do a better price....

I use Ren. RVerb often for acoustic guitars. L2 on the master fader, also the PAZ metres just to keep a closer eye on some levels. There was a thread a little while ago listing some links to download...

The master fader basically controlls the level of the bounce. If you find the bounce level are too low maybe try bumping up your master fader.

Protools free only runs in win98 or me, for now anyway. Not sure if Digi have any plans to make it for XP.
A dual operating system might be the way to go for now, that way you can at least try out...

You'll need to reformat your hard drive, from memory win98 uses the Fat32 filing system & XP works best in NTSF. Its a pain in the ass initially but once everythings set up you wont regret it.

I got the Waves 4 platinum bundle but i find that i mostly get a lot of use out of the renaissance plugs.

Yeah thats what i first thought, i did upgarde to vers. 3.7
What i cant understand is that i had the Pultec plugin working before, its just now that i get the blue screen while loading up Protools....
