Sometimes 1394 cables or connectors go bad. What does the unit do when powered up with no connection to the PC? Have you tried reseatigng the 1394 adapter card? Is the adapter card working correctly...

SampleTank is the only one released. You must use Win XP/5.3.1 (or possibly 5.3.2 with the 002 if Dr. Phil says it works...)
