make sure you erase the preferences, also go to the receipts folder and erase anything sound toys there also. This way the installer doesnt see anything sound toys... Good luck

Yes trashed prefs, reinstalled PT. I was havin this prob with PT 10.0 to 10.1.2... It was better in 10.1.2 tho.. Now its back all of a sudden in 10.2. Im thinkin maybe PT doesnt like one of my VIs....

Also have you optimized your system for running protools?? Google ( optimize mac for protools ) follow the instructions.. Makes a big dif. It also on youtube. Step by step instructions..

Make sure in ur playback engine that (Ignore Errors) is checked. What interface are you running? What version of PT are you on? Make sure you have installed PT 10.2.. Thats the latest. Runs smooth...
