Use Sends.

Pre Fader sends to your L/R. (Separate stereo feed out)

Main Outs for the distinct 9.1.4. Group the 9.1.4.

Only leave 1 open (9.1.4 group or the Stereo L/R channel)

You can group faders already in another group.

It will cascade though:
If you mute this new group (that is mute only), all the groups those 4 faders belong to will mute too.

yes, group the five faders, then modify the group (little down arrow next to the groups box), take it out of follow global (uncheck), and then select what things you'd like to group about these...
