Alarmingly LOUD static/distortion

Hi all,

I use a MAC powerbook G4 with PT 6.9.2 and an Mbox. I sometimes get shocked with super-loud static/distortion in my head phones. It records to PT IF i am rolling...

Can anyone help?

i've used my mbox and mac (tiger) with PT LE 6.7 successfully in the past.

it's now showing error 1133 "digidesign hardware is in use by another application" when I try to open PT.

pt le sessions-couple of small things to clear up.

hi folks,

i'm using pt le /mbox/g4 powerbook. Mostly it's going GREAT---however...

sometimes during my sessions pt "stops" me abruptly (a ghost hitting the stop button when i hit play or rec)....

Hi all,

Just got my mbox and pt le - love it!! i'm using it a LOT, with only the very basic knowledge so far. (i'm learning!)

1) No fun: quite often, I hit play or play/rec, & IT hits stop....
