In the mixer, did you check the «*instrument*» on top (that’s something you should be able to show / hide same as inserts or sends).

I have a similar recurring issue where PT loses the assignment...

The fix is basically to turn off LLM. Not a problem if you are only mixing, if you need to punch in you are out of luck, either disable your hardware insert or freeze it to...

Maybe try disassembling first and giving it a good cleaning (it’s fairly easy to get to the backplate. Front is another story as you need to desolder)

Just got a second hand artist mix with the touch fonction on the second pot not working (thank you seller...).

I booted it in test mode and found that if I touched on the side of c111 (not on top)...

You have five ilok activations so that should be plenty for machine auth, even if one crashes and you lose your license. I would expect avid would be inclined to send another ilok license if you were...

Duh! That was it... I guess the update to 2022.9 changed it somehow because it did interleaved on stereo on a previous print on the same session.

It's still loading studio for me (ilok cloud), even though I put the intro license on my ilok too.

Looks like it's the same installer as regular pro tools, I guess it limits the functionalities depending on the license loaded on the iLok.

FYI my case is closed with Avid, the guy I spoke with seemed to be focused on «*resolving my issue*» (asking me for info I mentioned in the video but well…).

Hi Albee, nope I'm using an original rack Apollo fitted with a thunderbolt 3 card, which is also linked to an Apollo Twin MkII thunderbolt 2.

Issue is the same wether I have only the rack Apollo...

Noted for the screenshot app, will try this next time.

Buffer was 1024 (added to video description).

It works as expected with LLM off although I didn't do any in depth testing,...

To clarify:
- when I add a hardware insert on a track, I can see in the mixer that the hardware loop latency is reported on the track at the bottom (2382 samples) = track is aligned with the rest...
