The delta 1010 would be perfect for what your trying to do.You might want to purchase a small mixer for mic pre's going into the 1010.

You can only use m-audio cards with m-powered.M-box,digi 001,002 with protools le.Protools hd software can only be used with a digidesign interface's like 96 i/o or 192 i/o or with third party...

You should be able to open the session in M-powered.However being that the session is recorded on a mac,you should have made sure that the session was saved using the Enforce Mac/PC Compatiblity...
