PT 2018.12, OSX 10.13. I have the same problem, when I activate Eucon I lost meters in all my HUI devices. I hope this is a bug, since I both at the same time. :(

Yes, It works in the Artist Transport on Pro Tools

Inside Eucon:

- Select a Wheel mode: Softkeys - Command - Wheel - Jog - Move Selection

In PT

- Now the central wheel moves the cursor...

Transport / Control Jog Shuttle Wheel

I use Move Selection for this (PT 12), when you don't have nothing selected it just moves the cursor as you request.

I 've had a similar problem. Connect the USB-Ethernet line to the internet router too. Last Eucon versions seems to look the artist only in the router network.
