32 bit doesn't have anything to do with the hardware. It's the bit depth for internal processing. It comes into play with rendered/internally bounced files only. Limited usefulness. Plugin processing...

this is incorrect. According to the theory, cds can do 22kHz. In reality it's less because of antialiasing filter among other things.

higher sample rates give you more samples per frequency as...

You don't, you can just share the folder (if they have a dropbox account).
Otherwise put it in your public folder and give them a link.

Dropbox is made for sharing.

I also set up FTP accounts...

Latency through standard network card was about the same as Firewire, they said in a video.

No specific brands, just anything decent will have Neutrik connectors.
You can do 1/4" TRS on each end or 1/4" TRS + XLR-M for your monitors.

Your salesman should...

The routing for instruments is at the top of Instrument tracks. If you can't see it check your mixer view settings for the instruments pane.

The 96io is only going to work with either an HD TDM or HD Native card.

So I'd go with whatever is cheaper, HD2 or HD Native Card.

it works apparently. Make sure you get the newest updates and firmware. Also your custom settings will be lost.

sound quality difference, CPU load, stability etc.

Please report if you have trouble with waveforms being drawn in the wrong place after recording, even if it's off by a few samples.

If you have an LE interface please test...

if it has ASIO, Coreaudio or DAE drivers it'll work with PT9

$99 to upgrade I think.
