Thank you for helping! Yes, the Eucon pref is set to Mackie. Everything else works great, just no metering at all.

Dang.. same issue here. I guess the unit's going back. Can anyone point me to the best way to get this taken care of? I only see options for annual plan or purchased support, not warrantee support....

Ok, finally got it working. Turns out "MC Client" was not checked in the security/accessibility prefs pane. Had Eucontrol checked but not that one. Thanks!

Yes, actually no key commands work at all, only the EuCon ones. I am running PT Control on an iPad Pro iOS 13.2, MacBook Pro w/ Mojave 10.14.6, PT Ultimate 2019.5.0 and EUcontrol 19.9.1.17....

Keyboard shortcuts not working at all?

it appears that none of the keyboard shortcuts are working in PT control app. Eucon commands work fine. Is there an apple pref that I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
