I'm running Pro Tools 11.3.0. I haven't upgraded to 11.3.1 because I heard it's not working that well.
In regards to the Artist Mix, I just want to be sure that I can hook it up and run it smoothly...

This sucks man... I was planning to buy one but all I see is bad reviews about how EUCON fails or how the controller stops working because of some internal problem. Sad :(

Damn is such a pain to contact Avid's support! I got my damn Support Code but it keeps telling that it's invalid. What's up with this? I payed $39 to get support and I don't get a valid code?!...

OK, Thanks God I managed to fix the problem. It turned out to be quite simple. I went to Setup> Playback Engine> and changed the buffer size from 1024 samples to 512. I knew I couldn't run 1024, but...

Thanks for all the help. The interface is USB. The interface's sample rate is set by its own software controller, though obviously has to be set as the session sample rate. I've tried older sessions...

Also I'm using Focusrite scarlett 18i8. I uninstalled Pro Tools and Scarlett's drivers and re-installed. Same situation.
