hello,
well after some setup issues (installing xp) i am up and running.
i have installed all the drivers from the mobo cd, vid card etc (will download latest drivers 2nite online)

i've just put my computer together and all looks to be working well - before i load the OS (i want to triple boot OS drive XP Pro 32, W764, W764) should i be making any settings in BIOS...

thanks for the RAID info - i did sum checking on raid and it was all positive so wanted to check cause i remembered sum issues with PT. your explination puts a full stop on it ;)

yeah, wont be using much vi (he say's now lol)
at the mo i have a mbox mini PT 8.00 - I can see myself wanting to upgrade these in the future maybe, but really at the mo i will get a lot of milage...

You also backup to an exteral drive, right? - prob. best to keep to same spec as internal drive's i asume...

regarding the 3 Hard Drives and Dual Booting - would it resemble sumthin like this.
Drive 1 - partitioned in half (250gb each) and dual boot setup
1 partition dedicated to running XP...
