Well Protools when I would update would default to normal but I’m not sure what that means under the system a lot of these responses have been very clarifying

I use my internal drive as a work...

was at 2 gig.. but went to 3.. whats the consensus?
now that the M1 are "dif" memory than the old 64 gigs ram etc... what balancing act feels the best to most..

Heat only works on audio tracks… So if you were in a lot of virtual instruments it’s useless until you commit those to Audio also it doesn’t work on ox tracks so if you cut routing of groups I guess...

I’ve had the same problem with my lexicon plug-ins even after I went to 1.3.9… I think they mean well but the problem is larger companies like Harmon or Samsung or whatever owns them at this point...

OK I finally inched up to Catalina and it seems to be working fine with 2021.7… I hope… Really hope… This is the magic combination for now with this 12 core trashcan

Well found an old back up of Mojave and reinstalled Mojave and I have to say the difference is startling it is now much more snappier
it still is Protools so if you’re at low buffer settings you...
