Soundminer Issue with ProTools v2022.4.0

Experiencing an annoying bug with ProTool 2022.4.0 when using Soundminer (version 5.0v764 Pro). When I try to "Spot to DAW" from Soundminer, it properly transfers my SFX / audio file to my ProTools...

In Protools 2022.4, If you hold option and toggle from Volume to Waveform view on one of your audio tracks, then the video track will switch from Blocks to Frames view. This did not used to happen...

Constant Pace Lock error since upgrading to PT 2022.4 whenever I leave computer unattended for 10+ minutes. I'm using physical iLok key and have tried toggling cloud on/off, Synchronizing iLok, etc....
