Hi, I just switched from an original mbox to an mbox2.
I had the USB whine on the original mbox but only noticed it at high volumes on quiet passages and never on bounced tracks played on other...

VERY good point!
Having done some research, I've found 4 options on the sansamp front starting with the simple DI box with 6 knobs on, then the programmable option, deluxe, and then active 1u...

Thanks for your replies. I'll check out the Sansamp DI, but I'm thinking I'll sell my PodXT and upgrade to the all singing and bassing PodX3! .......Anyone tried one yet?

Hi, I’ve just bought a new bass(G&L L2500) guitar, as my (lack of) keyboard skills has been hampering my music.

This is very strange, but I just re-opened PT and Reason is now there as an option and fully working!

I had opened reason as a stand alone before trying through ptle/rewire, no clue as to HOW? ...

Yes, I'm on Reason 3.0.5, which is the latest version and should and does work fine with Leopard/intel-
it just doesn't show up as a plug-in in PT???!!!

Just set up a new mac mini running PT ok in Leopard.
Installed Reason 3 which runs fine as a stand alone app.
Open PT and Reason does not appear in the plug-ins menu.

PTLE will only work through the digi hardware. You need to attach headphones and /or powered speakers to your mbox.

you can install it on both machines. It will only work with the 'dongle' (mbox, 002, 003 whatever) attached to either machine so you don't have two (simultaneously) usable copies unless you buy...
