command 8 makes my mouse freeze up

hi

When I connect my command 8 to my G4 (usb) the mouse freezes up.
rebooting does not help. Any Ideas.

quicktime mov will not import

when i try to inport a quicktime mov into protools

I get "unable to open because its video de-compressor was not found"

mov file will open in quicktime ok.

error 7204 when trying to load stereo plug in

I get error 7204 when trying to load SSL Channel stereo plug in a 96k session.
However the RTA version loads ok. I have 2 process cards. One of which is not
