Re: Does Pro Tools 10 let you draw on a pitch envelope?

Thanks guys, I'll take that as a no to Pro Tools 10 having it built in. :-) They have elastic pitch for a whole track so I thought maybe now they had it like the volume where you can draw it for...

Does Pro Tools 10 let you draw on a pitch envelope?

Hi I have Pro tools 9 and I'm looking for a way to draw a pitch envelope. Or at a minimum have a pitch of an audio track basically dip up or down. The Serato is too expensive for me.

If Pro Tools...

Re: How do you change gridlines for individual tempos of a song?

Oh my God you are right! I thought I tried that like 10 times that but I guess not, I can't believe I spent 2 hours and overlooked that. I also see now that the main grid note menu in the controls...

Re: Complete Production Tool Kit - Pre Sales Questions

Ah! Thanks, My test system didn't have the hardware on it. I thought that was a new feature that the new pro tools didn't require hardware so I left it off. But the HD trial does work with an...

Re: Complete Production Tool Kit - Pre Sales Questions

Just in case anyone in the future is wondering. I tried installing the demo for Pro Tools HD to see if I can test out the dick cache feature that you get with the CPTK, but it won't run Pro Tools...

Re: Complete Production Tool Kit - Pre Sales Questions

Wooh ok good thing you told me this cause I would have been pissed if I spent $2000 and found out I couldn't utilize more RAM for my plugins. I tried Vienna to bridge to my plugins but it sucked up...

Re: Complete Production Tool Kit - Pre Sales Questions

Sorry I didn't write that clearly, I don't mean a 64 bit plugin, I meant I can allow my 32 bit plugin to access all the RAM on my computer. TOM@METRO and someone else said I could use a 32 bit plugin...

Re: Complete Production Tool Kit - Pre Sales Questions

Latency when I'm recording is one big thing I'm trying to reduce but also would like to improve overall performance.

Just a regular Pro Tools 10 demo won't allow me to see how the disk cache...

Re: Complete Production Tool Kit - Pre Sales Questions

Ok thanks, that's good to know as I debate between getting the CPTK or a new computer. This is where a demo would have came in handy but I'll figure it out.

Re: PT10 is Here

So I have 8GB of RAM and I am already using my 32 bit max of 3GB with plugins so the new feature of loading a session in ram sounds like it wont work for me cause it's only 32 bit right?

Re: BFD 2 64 bit beta....FINALLY!

Very cool thanks I just noticed this. If there is one plugin that needs 64 bit it's BFD. I run out of RAM like crazy on BFD. I think one of AVID's major excuses to not have pro tools has 64 bit was...

Re: $250 for ProTools 9 ???? = Wtf Is Avid Smoking

Re: Pro Tools 8 (64bit)
