Re: No output from S/PDIF on 002 Rack

I traced my problem back to a (intermittently) faulty USB hub. Bought a new one and was able to get it working.

Re: No output from S/PDIF on 002 Rack

From everything I read it's my understanding that the S/PDIF input & output is available from within a Pro Tools session. My master track (and all other tracks) are set to output to analog 1&2 and...

Re: Volume from Digi 002 rack too loud.

Your're right - I saw those before but I was looking for a switch that would change the main outs to -10 like the one on the inputs for chanels 5,6,7,8. I didn't use the alternate -10 outputs next...

Re: Volume from Digi 002 rack too loud.

I don't think there are any +4/-10 output switches.

There are +4/-10 switches on the inputs of channel 5&6 and 7&8 but not on any outputs.

I will try using the monitor outputs rather than the...

Re: Best CPU usage settings?

Yes that makes sense and it seems to work fine - at least with limitted tracks. What about the CPU usage setting in a stand-alone reason session with no ProTools session running?

Also in both PT...

Re: Best CPU usage settings?

OK, for what it's worth - I just set the CPU usage to 99% and ran a limitted Reason session with no problem.

It was just a short 30 second loop with only 6 tracks, 4 instruments and no effects...
