I have back ups, but how do you separate/extract the 2nd performance from the first? If I bring up a back up session, that'll show me the original performance. What about the 2nd performance?

No it doesn't. This particular session was recorded 3 months ago. Besides how would 'undo' separate the piano from the previous track?

I don't care about track 1. I just want to isolate/rescue...

In brief:

Midi track 1 was recorded. Somehow I had record enabled the same track and recorded a piano performance...a long and pretty busy performance. Midi Merge was on, so now both performances...

No Guitar center there for sure. Because of lack of support (Foreign relation issues and sanctions and so on and so forth...) average people are pretty much on their own, so they had to develop...

Actually they're not, because they're different from native CC Controllers. You can use the standard CC#7 to automate volume, while use Keyscape CC#7 to automate just about any available parameter...

Same issue with KeyScape. You get numbered parameters (0-511) as oppose to actual parameters with descriptive names. Keyscape automatically grabs one of those 511 numbers (starting from the lowest...

It's not that I don't want to go through the trouble of doing so...it would take a whole week to input those crazy tempo mapping for Chopin midi files. It makes no sense to do...

I tried it but there's a problem with this method, unless I did NOT do it right!

My midi files have a very complicated tempo mapping. It's not just one or two tempo events that I could just enter...

Thanks a lot.

In other words, I have to create multiple PT sessions first and then start importing those and all that. There's no way of importing the midi files with individual tempo map...

I have a Vocal track that has divided regions within the same track. It's basically a long track that is cut and edited...some of these regions have Fades applied to their beginning and end...etc.
