Can I ask you if you use the layouts feature on your S3 with Logic?
If so, does pressing A, B, C etc on the S3 hard crash Logic (after a period of time running Logic and Eucon) ??

Yes, that’s how I normally address the issue, but it would be nice to not have to.
It’s usually when you don’t see that you’ve made a micro selection, hit play … and Grrr.

Yes, there are a few issues with Logic and Eucon. Another is a hard crash when changing Eucon layouts. Could be related. Apparently Apple are aware of and it's on their end, so hopefully we'll see...

Mmm, I have used Handbrake on my MS Ultra to transcode a few videos for use in ProToolUlti. Absolutely ripped though the processes like I've never seen before. No fans etc etc.

Completely un-installed everything WAVES and got it all going without, then re-installed WAVES V13.

So WAVES support said - "Waves v13 plugins are officially supported on Mac OS 10.14.6, 10.15.7, 11.6.2, 12.1."
MacStudio shipped with 12.3 Aaaargh.
