Sol Levante works here fine at 64ms buffer on Mac Studio Ultra with HD Native. Computer has been great, Avid still has work to do to fix sluggish GUI, its better than my old 12 Core Trash Can but...

Adobe Media Encoder is a great conversion tool (among many other things)

If you have an Adobe subscription, check into that. Its what I use, mainly because lots of people in picture departments...

I use H264 on long and short form… definitely a bit sluggish compared to ProRes or DNX but it has not been an issue for me. Haven’t worked with H265 yet.

I only use a physical iLok and continue to see this issue even after trying the cloud license setting change suggested. Switch to PT 2021.12 alleviates it. It is very annoying.
