Just run OUT of a pair of outputs; back IN to a pair of inputs. I do this all the time when I need to record off the internet. Just make sure you have enough gain going back IN to your computer.:-)

Happens to me everytime I'm on the internet! Firefox takes control of my 1814. Just close all pages (including the little downloads page) and your good to go 44.1Khz-96Khz.:-)

You and whoever your sending the session to should download MSN Messenger. Like someone else said use Winzip and zip the Pro Tools folder. After you install Messenger, go to "Send a file" at the top....
