How loud can the peaks be in DBFS when transferring to film?

Do you just apply the X-curve eq reversed to the entire mix?

Your subwoofer on your Genelecs may have bass management built into it with a crossoever filter , my Adams sub12 does. If not you'll need bass management controller (something like blue sky mkII ).

My Mix Studio is calibrated so the the LFE is +10 above the rest, is this the proper calibration for Dolby E encoding?
