Regarding the mic I'm using, it's a Mojave MA200. It doesn't pull power from RME. It gets it from a box as (part of the MA200)

Thanks for all the input! However, I've already tried these options. I'm leaning on it being a routing issue with the RME.
The Playback engine is OK.

Thanks for the tip. I actually had already tried that. Turns out I finally got someone at Avid to find and fix the problem. I had a bad outing in my I/O settings. Live and learn!
