I would go with the 3400+ processor (mine is 2.2ghz) instead of 3500+. DEFINITELY GET THE 1MB CACHE VERSION of the 3400+ instead of the 512k version. I use TONS of plugins and have yet to bog my...

I HAVE HAD IT with PTLE performance on my Gateway 450 laptop (a P-4M 1.6 with 512mb ram with 002r factory). Running LE 6.1, I achieved a davec score of ~18 tracks.
