You should check the chipset on the motherboard. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work, if it has the via chipset.

I would say go with the under $600 system. I just built one and I am very pleased with the results. Especially if you are only doing scratchpad type recording.

Does anyone see any problem with me Overclocking my A7v333 and XP 2400+ to 166*13.5. This will give 2.2ghz. Will the higher fsb cause any problems with the DIGI card???
