allen has said earlier in this thread to avoid the A8V. it hasn't yet even performed as well as the K8V (a supposedly lesser ASUS mobo).

so, the 754skt athlons can be used on the 939skt boards? that i need to know.
what about all that extra stuff on the A8V (1.e. wireless LAN)? does it slow down performance?
