Well i found a shop where i could listen to them, The rokits seemed to have alot of high end splash but the Mr5's seemed to be far more balanced and for them being less than quarter the price, even...

Well i think in this case i had all 3....probably not the best of each. But all the elements were good :) Just needing some minor editing it would seem.

Ok i just tried using beat detective but no luck getting it work yet? do i need to ungroup the drums first to use it? whats the trick to using it? I have never used it before.

I have tracked almost everything now. Just going over the drums using elastic time cleaning them up some.

One thing i have not done much of lately is compare my mix to a reference mix. So i am thinking i should find a few mixes i can use.

You are right...it is taking alot of work back and forth between different sets of speakers ect.
Much better to get monitors when i am able...and believe me i will be getting a decent pair as soon...

I tried that...had all of the tracks from ez drummer routed into imputs (via the plugin bus) but when i record enabled them and tried to record the drum tracks into them i go no sound and no signal?...
