Update: So region Loop is working/on but not SELECTION looping. What am I missing? Thank you!

Yeah it's playing normally, it just doesn't loop the selection. The selection is pretty small - like half a second - but I've gotten Pro Tools to loop tiny tiny segments before with no problemo.
