Fixed it! You're right it was my computer was using the Digi 003 as well for the computer sound. I had to disable it and now I can use all the buffer settings.

This is the first time seeing this because honestly I've never changed my buffer size and leave it on 1024. I'm trying to change it now because of vocals and latency. I don't want to use the latency...

I have pro tools 12HD with a Digi 003 and I can't change my buffer rate unless I make prools crash on purpose trying to change the playback engine to change the buffer rate. When it does crash I can...
