no line ins on the first 4 channels, only un-balanced DI's ?....

had a simular drama when the firmware for my 002 didnt match up...

simular code , but I cant remember the exact line... does it happen when the digi hardware usually "kicks in" on loading ?

Looking for a way in pro tools to duck frequencys like a de-esser, but used on a bass track dependent on low frequency sound.

thats only 3 d-verbs less than the initial quadzilla..

gonna go down the core duo road also.. almost identical config doogz
been given advice to hang and wait for a mobo which supports 1066 ram...
dont know how long it will take though...

i think there was something about "add hardware" rather than update driver...
if theres any PDF or anything that came with the driver, u should check it out.

I fixed it by changing the display acceleration to one notch down...

but very strange because it just 'started happening' could this mean my video card is on the way out ?

rick, you should get something like cd architect for doing this.
I do simular work sometimes, and its easy just to edit the take, consolidate it to a single file in pro tools, then import it into cd...
